30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.

We’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions. Items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at info@xgrippro.com if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please initiate a return first. After approval, place a new order for your desired product.

European Union Customers (14-day Cooling Off)

For EU customers, you have 14 days from receiving the item to cancel or return your order for any reason. Conditions for returns remain as above.

Refund Processing

After receiving your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If your refund takes longer than 15 business days, please contact info@xgrippro.com.
