Tracking Help

I haven't received a tracking number yet

Orders are processed within about 1 business day. Your tracking link then activates a few days after dispatch, once the carrier logs its first scan — so it is normal not to see movement right away. If it has been more than 5 business days, contact us and we will check on it.

My tracking has not updated in a few days

That is normal during international transit. Scans can pause for several days between checkpoints (especially on US orders) without anything being wrong — it resumes as your parcel moves through the network.

My tracking shows a customs or processing step — is something wrong?

No — this is a normal part of international shipping. Parcels often pass through a customs or processing checkpoint on the way, and it usually clears within a few days on its own. If it stays stuck for more than about a week, contact us and we’ll chase it for you.
